I bought some goat's brie that is out of this world, made by this man, who studied cheese making in Switzerland! It is such a delicious cheese, it just melts in your mouth!!! I also bought some goat's yogurt, rice pudding made with goat's milk, honey, vanilla and saffron...delicious! J'ai acheté du brie de brebis qui était plus qu'excellent, fait par ce Maître Fromager qui a étudié en Suisse. Au fait ce brie fond dans la bouche tellement il est octueux! J'ai aussi acheté du yaourt de brevis, du riz au lait fait "maison" avec bien évidement du lait de brebis, du miel, de la vanille et du safran! Délicieux!
Certains fermiers qui ont exposé organisent aussi des goûté d'anniversaire à la ferme...pas bête comme idée non? Some of the farmers who were there also organise kids birthday parties at their farm...not a bad idea at all? What do you think?
