India Juvenile Act: Changes in adoption process

One of my fellow blogger, Sandra, found this most interesting link on Adoption (laws) changes in India. Indeed, a report from New Delhi states that the Union cabinet approving amendments to the Juvenile Justice Bill of 2005 should, if approved by Parliament, cut red tape and increase the number of agencies working in the country.
