Things to do before leaving on the 9th at 6 am for Chennai
1. Clean car inside out (due to water restrictions using a professional car wash is mandatory).
2. Install child seat in car.
3. Pick up last stuff ordered at pharmacy.
4. Go to the health food store to pick up treats for Bhavishya.
5. Clean house.
6. Do some laundry.
7. Iron the laundry.
8. Get certified copies of birth certificate at the town hall in Geneva.
9. Get certified copies of marriage certificate at the commune where we got married.
10. Order adoption announcements.
11. Pick up stuff at dry cleaners.
12. Get a nice note book and the new Levy book for the airplane...in case I'm not too exited to read.
13. Have a wax (1/2 leg, arm pits and bikini and braw).
14. Have an eye lashes die.
15. Go to Auchan/ super market to stock up on non perishables.
16. Make a list of perishables and give it to Muriel so she can buy it before we come home.
17. Install baby gates in the house + window safeties + plug safties.
18. Clean fridge.
19. Stop mail + newspaper for a week.
20. Get a dog toy & treats.
21. Mow the lawn.
22. Make appointment at the paediatrician.
23. Confirm appointment at lawyer.
24. Have a few bits and pieces of papers certified at local town hall.
25. Remember to also bring passport photographs in case.
26. Prepare suitcase for us Bhavishya is all ready.
27. Prepare hand luggage (with cameras, batteries etc.).
28. Finalise list of questions for the orphanage.
29. Pay bills.
30. Go to the bank to get money.
31. Upload kiddie stuff on I-pod.
32. Prepare Pashmina's stuff as she is staying at the neighbours

Angie...thank you for your post. I've just bought a "special" back back today to put our laptop, camera and video camera + all the plugs, chargers, batteries etc. for our trip. So all the "gadgets" will be in one place and hope to be able to get internet connections where we will be staying at.

you were probably too busy to updat yr blog yesterday, or my link is not getting the updated version. Anyway I wanted to share with you our newborne yesterday its ONE little baby chicken! if that is a coincidence. We call it Bh........! tried to get the pics in here but don't know how? tried copy and paste and drag and drop but did not work, so I'll send them by email.
